Refund policy

Due to the use of natural products, all of our pieces are one of a kind and will always vary slightly as each item is made by hand. Every flower is unique ✿

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We will issue you a refund only if your item was damaged in transit. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please email contact@finalgirlflorals.com with your name, order number and photos of your damaged item(s) within 5 days of arrival to start the return process.

In the event of a return, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. The item(s) must be sent back within 15 days of initiating your return. You will be refunded within 2-5 business days of us receiving the return. Failure to return the item(s) will forfeit your refund.
